FAQ
- What are the details on this item?
I try to put as much information as I can into my item listing so check there first before asking questions about things like color, size, etc. If you don't see the answer to your question in the item description, I'm happy to fill in whatever details are missing.
- When will my item ship?
My shipping window is 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated in the listing. Generally I ship much sooner than that but this is a one person operation and sometimes if I have a high volume of orders or if I'm busy, it will take me the full 7-10 business days to get your item in the mail. Contacting me within that window to ask when your item will ship will not make me ship it any faster. If I haven't shipped it yet, it's because of circumstances beyond my control and those circumstances are beyond your control too.
If you need something shipped sooner than that 7-10 day shipping window, contact me before placing your order. Sometimes I can make it happen, sometimes I can't.
Other notes on shipping: I ship to the address you provide when you place the order. If the address you provide is flagged as invalid or unshippable I will contact you and won't ship until I hear back from you with a valid address. If I don't hear back from you within the processing window (7-10 days) I will cancel the order.
- I think my item is lost in the mail, what do I do?
Surprisingly, very, very few things get lost in the mail. But sometimes they get stuck for a while. I ship all orders USPS so you can go to your local post office and ask for a detailed record of the path of your item. This will not make it go any faster but at least you'll know where it's at.
If your item hasn't arrived thirty days after I put it in the mail you can contact me and I will file a package search and if that fails, an insurance claim. I can't do this until the item has been lost for thirty days.
- Can I get the item in a different color, shape, size, etc.?
Very often, but not always, yes, and I charge varying amounts of extra depending on the magnitude of the change you request. Contact me before placing your order and I will create a custom listing for you if the change you request is feasible. Please don't order and ask for changes in the comments section, this generally results in orders being cancelled.

5 out of 5 starsOh my goodness. SO pretty. It’s a little larger than I expected (I’m horrible at reading the dimensions on things and picturing how big they are, this is NOT on the seller) and the chain was a tad short for me personally so I put it on a different one- but this necklace is so unique and so beautiful and so well made!!! I am absolutely obsessed and the seller was very nice and prompt about answering messages. Ten out of ten!!! If you’re looking at this pendant and considering treating yourself, do it.
